The Living Room
If you want to fall in love with your home over and over every day, there is no place better than the Living Room of Lone Magnolia Gardens. The double French doors provide stunning views and allow ample light. The Cathedral ceiling, with its beams and natural warm wood paneling, glows in the southern light.
Plant lovers rejoice as your indoor winter guests thrive in this picture-perfect space.

The Kitchen
It's not too big, not too small, but just right. There is ample cabinet space, a large walk-in pantry, and an area with a washer-dryer hookup, concealed by levered folding doors, in case you'd rather do your laundry on the main level instead of on the first level.
The kitchen door leads to the deck and the fenced-in part of the garden.

The two images on the right were taken just before I purchased the home and show the use of the main floor washer-dryer hookup.

The Dining Room
An elegant, intimate space with built-in glass shelves overlooking the side garden.

Bedroom #1
This is the larger of the two first-floor bedrooms. It has a large, levered folding door closet.

Bedroom #2
Bedroom two is almost identical to bedroom one, but a few feet shorter due to the main floor bath.
Both Bedrooms have garden views.
